Do I need to register to shop?
Yes! It is mandatory to register with us to shop on texfy.

Who can register?
Texfy is meant for business buyers only. The Account will be activated only after the verification of all the details provided by the registered user.(No end user is allowed to register or shop on texfy).

How much time will it take to activate the account?
It will take less than 24hrs to verify all the details and activate the account.

What do I do if all the details provided are correct and my account is not activated in the specified time?

What if I have forgotten my password? How do I reset it?
A reset link will be sent to your registered e-mail after clicking on forgot password in the login form.You can set your new password using that link.

Is there any subscription fee for registered buyers?
Yes! All the activated accounts of the buyers will get a one-month free trial.Thereafter,Buyers need to subscribe annually to avail all the services provided by texfy.

Check the final price and select one the payment options(Wallet,Debit card,credit card,Netbanking)
You will receive a confirmation e-mail and SMS from Texfy.

Can I place multiple orders at a time?
Yes! You can add all the items to your cart and place an order.However,we do not guarantee you that all the items you've placed will reach you on the same delivery date.

How do I check the status of my orders?
To check your order status Go to My Account and tap on My Orders to view all your present and past orders list.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

What is Texfy's Cancellation Policy?
Any order will be canceled until the item is packed or shipped.After Cancellation, the total amount paid will be credited to texfy Wallet.

How do I cancel my order?
Visit My Account from Account section on the top right of your Texfy home page.
Tap on My Orders and select the order which you want to cancel and click cancel request.
Your request for cancellation will be processed soon.

When will I receive the Refund?
The Amount will be credited to your wallet within 24hrs.

How do I return/Replace a product?
Follow these steps carefully
Read all the conditions on Texfy Return & Replacement policy.Follow the remaining steps(If satisfied)
Raise a return/replacement request by clicking on the return/replacement in My Orders section or by contacting our customer support support@texfy.com
Send the detailed pictures of the order clearly indicating the problem.
Your Return/Replacement request will be processed and the amount will be credited to your wallet soon.

How can I Self-Ship the product to Texfy?
you will need to self-ship the return item through any reliable courier partner.Please make sure that all the order Id and Return Id Details are written on the package before shipping.
For Returns, Buyer should bear the logistic charges.
Please keep the courier receipt with you carefully.

Why has my return request been declined? (or) Why is my returned product re-shipped?
This is because, the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. For more details, please contact our customer care.
