Texfy allows Return&Replacement Request of products for 3 days from delivery in all the following cases:
Physical Damage to the product
Product is different from the description given by the seller (in case of wrong size, color, quality or material related issues)
For Product Acceptance and Refund, the following conditions must be satisfied:
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact
Replacements will be made only if the product stock is available
Once we receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and once product passes the quality check we will credit the amount to your Texfy wallet.
Return products should be self-shipped and the transport fee will be borne by the buyer.
How To Return a Product:
Buyer can raise a return request in TEXFY website by following these steps:
1.Click on "My Account"
2.Go to "Returns" on the left side of the page
3.Select the option "Request New RMA"
4.Read the following "Return Policy Description" carefully & Click on "I Agree"
5.Select the order which you need to return/replace
6.Specify the product and quantity you need to return/replace
7.Click the option “Choose File" to upload the product images you need to return/replace
8.Choose the options in "Select Reason" given below which is mandatory
9.Provide the "Additional Information" if necessary
10.Select the "Product Delivery Status" and choose the given options below
11.Enter the consignment Number labeled on the product if delivered
12.Finally, click on "Submit Request" to complete the process.
1. For any updates regarding your return/replacement request, you can send a message to seller, Texfy team in RMA details
2. For every successful return, request click on "Please Agree to Mark it as solved" and "Save" to close the RMA
